Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your fresh, farm-grown produce! We follow a pre-order based delivery system that ensures every box is freshly picked, packed, and delivered with care.

How Our Delivery Process Works

We operate on a harvest-to-home model that prioritizes freshness, transparency, and efficiency.

  1. Pre-Order Booking Window
    Orders are accepted during specific booking windows announced weekly. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we begin preparing your box based on your selection.
  2. Picking & Packaging
    After booking closes, we hand-pick your fruits fresh from the orchard. Each box is carefully packed using eco-friendly materials to preserve quality during transit.
  3. Farm to Warehouse
    Packed boxes are transported in our own small van from the farm to our Chandigarh dispatch warehouse.
  4. Courier Dispatch
    On the next day, we schedule pickups with our trusted courier partners (like Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.). From Chandigarh, your box is shipped to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines

Region Expected Delivery (After Courier Pickup)
North India (Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana) 2–4 working days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.) 3–6 working days
Remote or Rural Areas 5–7 working days (subject to service availability)

Please note: The entire process — from booking to dispatch — may take 4–7 days depending on demand and weather.

Freshness Guarantee
Your order is harvested only after your booking, ensuring you receive the freshest produce possible. All fruits are packed with care to withstand shipping and arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are already included in the product price. There are no extra delivery fees — what you see is what you pay!

Failed Deliveries & Returns
As our items are perishable, we do not accept returns once dispatched. If the parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address or missed attempts, it will be disposed of at the courier's end. No refund will be applicable in such cases.

If your box arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us with photos within 12 hours of delivery.

Bulk Order Shipment
For bulk orders, shipping charges are calculated separately based on order size, destination, and delivery method. Our team will confirm the shipping cost at the time of order confirmation to ensure clarity before dispatch.
